Web 2.0
As the web evolves so do the standards and the expectations users have when visiting a domain (A user could be an employee accessing a company only portal or a current or potential customer browsing your site). As the web evolves to Web 2.0 so must companies and their marketing strategies.
Web 2.0 is a term introduced in 2004 to characterize design patterns in a constellation of new generation Web applications which may provide an infrastructure for more dynamic user participation, social interaction and collaboration (csa.com).
